DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At Rienmls (accessible via https://rienmls.com), this page explains what content on our site belongs to us, how to report material you believe infringes your rights, and what happens once you do.

Clothing photography and product writing get copied around the internet constantly, in both directions. We take other people’s rights seriously and we would like the same in return, so the process below is written out in full rather than buried in the terms.

By using our website, you agree to the terms below. If you are unsure whether something you want to do with our content is permitted, email us at support@rienmls.com and we will be glad to answer.

2. Ownership of Site Content

The written content, product photography, page layout, and store name on https://rienmls.com are owned by Rienmls or used by us under license. You are welcome to link to any page. Copying text or images for use on another site, in an advertisement, or in a product listing requires our written permission first.

3. Respect for Third-Party Rights

We do not knowingly list, describe, or photograph anything that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or design rights, and we do not place another brand’s trademark in our listings, navigation, or search. If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, tell us and we will look at it.

4. Sending a DMCA Notice

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a valid notice sent to support@rienmls.com must include all six of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on our site you are complaining about, with a URL specific enough for us to find it.
  4. Your contact details, including a mailing address and an email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

5. What Happens Next

We acknowledge a complete notice within 3 business days. Material that appears to infringe is taken down while we review it, and we notify whoever supplied it. Removal at this stage is a precaution rather than a finding against anyone. If a notice is missing one of the six items above, we tell you which one so you can resend it.

6. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material and its former location, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, give your contact details, and include your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We pass a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after the statutory waiting period.

7. Repeat Infringers

Where a party repeatedly supplies infringing material, we remove their access and decline further dealings with them.

8. Misrepresentation

A notice or counter-notice that knowingly misrepresents the position carries liability for damages under section 512(f) of the Act. Please be certain of your rights before filing.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this process changes, the revised policy appears here with a new date at the top.
