At Rienmls (accessible via https://rienmls.com), these terms are the agreement between us whenever you browse the site or place an order. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, and every number in them matches the policy pages they point to.

Buying clothing online asks a certain amount of trust from you: that the tops, layers, bottoms, and dresses shown are what actually ships, that the price holds, and that someone answers when something goes wrong. This page sets out what we owe you on each of those points and what we ask from you in return.

These terms govern your use of https://rienmls.com and any purchase made through it, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancel & Change Order Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. We sell to customers with delivery addresses inside the United States only and we do not ship internationally.

4. Products

Everything we sell is ready-made stocked inventory, held here before it is listed. Product photographs are taken to represent color and texture as closely as screens allow, though monitors and phone displays render color differently, so a small variance between what you see and what arrives is possible. That variance is a valid reason to return a piece.

Availability is not guaranteed at the moment of ordering. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we email you the same day and refund that item in full.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in United States Dollars and may change at any time. A change never affects an order already paid for. Where a price displays incorrectly because of a technical error, we contact you before processing and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling with a full refund. We do not process an order at a mistaken price without asking you first.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, and the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where payment cannot be verified, or where a delivery address cannot be validated. If we decline, everything you have paid is refunded.

7. Payment and Authorization

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the PayPal gateway, which handles PayPal balances, debit cards, and credit cards. A PayPal account is not required. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the method chosen. Charges are one-time charges for the order placed: we do not operate subscriptions and we do not store payment credentials. 8. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

A declined payment creates no order and takes no money. If something is wrong with an order you have received, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal, because nearly every case resolves faster by email than through a chargeback that takes weeks to run. We will always answer. Where a chargeback is raised on an order we have already refunded, we supply the transaction record to the issuer.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the delivery address you provide and the rate in force at the time of the order.

Shipping rates, the order cutoff, processing and delivery estimates, and our handling of lost or delayed parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy.

11. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, under which we email you a free prepaid return label within one business day of your request. Cancellations and amendments to a placed order are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy its content in bulk, to interfere with its operation or security, or to send material through our contact form that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend access where any of this occurs.

13. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, layout, and store name on this site belong to Rienmls and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our written permission. Notices of claimed infringement, in either direction, are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

14. Third-Party Links

Some pages link outward, for example to a carrier tracking page. Once you follow a link you are on another operator’s site, and their terms and privacy practices apply rather than ours.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be free of interruption or error, and we make no warranty beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under them falls to the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

20. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in full effect.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page and governs orders placed after it. Orders already placed remain under the terms in force when they were made.
